Fear, the word which kills millions and billions of talent, skill, and art every day. Most people are not able to understand what fear actually is. They let their fear became their reality and settle for less in their life. Fear has been created in this world so that we can distinguish between legal and illegal things and do things as per their legality, but most people fear to grow, most people fear to learn, most people fear to share, fear to express. They have been influenced so deeply by their fear that coming back from that fear oriented zone is became very tough for them.

Fear is an imagination of our mind which we believe to be true and let it affects us mentally and physically. Your fear will be your soul reason for not being successful in the field of your work or interest, your fear hold you to expand, your fear let you down. Fear is just like a tree the more you nourishes it the more it will grow. Your fear is nothing but a lie, a simple lie whatever it tells you is also a lie, it will tell you that you can’t do anything, you are not good for that job, you are not good at public speaking. It’s our call to listen it or not, we need to be very careful and alert about that. So we need to ask ourselves now that what does we want in our life, do we want to be successful, do we want to be rich, do we want to be fearless, if yes then  prepare yourself and live with your fear. Yes living with your fear is the only thing you can overcome it. Living your fear will let you understand what your fear is, what it is all about, then you will be able to work on your fear and start to convert your weakness into your strengths. So live your fear and make them your strengths and grow in your life.

20 Days Plan for the Beginners

For being successful and active in this extremely challenging and dynamic world we need to control our thoughts and action in such a way that it can only be used when needed the most.

Your thoughts and action effects your day and your life. One positive thought can lift your entire day, encourage you so hard that you feel ready and alert for any work or project and on the contrary one negative thought can ruin your entire day, can take your all energy and your passion towards life. So we need to be very careful about our thoughts.

  1. Yoga: Morning plays an important role in our life, it set the day for us and for and for a great day we need a great morning. 

How to make our morning great?

By doing Yoga, Yoga is the answer of most of our problems. Every morning after waking up take some time to do a simple Breathing Yoga to control your thoughts and to improve your presence of mind. Sit erected on a Yoga mat, close your eyes and do breathing, just breathing. Breathe in slowly and breath out slowly. While breathing try to focus only on your breathe. It will help you to focus on a particular thing and not let your mind roam any other place and as days progresses you will start to feel the magic of this art. In the span of 2-3 days you can feel that you are concentrating much better than earlier.

  1. Be Grateful: In the world of challenges and competition, success and failure we forgot to compliment things, we forgot to be Grateful for those things that makes our daily life happy. Complaining is all we do now a days, doesn’t matter what’s the topic is, what the reason is we find a way to complain about something.

So make a commitment to yourself that we will not complain any more about  the situation we have in our life, the failures we have in our life and instead of complaining we will try to appreciate things, compliment things, we will be grateful for things that are in our life.

Every morning take your pen and notepad and try to write down at least 20 points or things that you are grateful for, whether small or big, doesn’t matter. What matters is that you write.

Do this trick for the next 20 days and see a different side of yours. You will realize that complaining will not let you anywhere but a compliment does.

 

  1. Spend time with yourself: Spending time with ourselves is one of the most important inner healing exercise and a process to monitor your life, but somehow human beings are getting professionally trained to avoid this art. Just spend 20 minutes in a day alone in a room with no cell phone, no social media and no office work and think about the memories of your childhood, think about those things you would love to do when you were a child, think about your favorite cartoon, favorite color, movies, place, food, things you like to do.. etc. anything that you like to do, anything that makes you feel happy. Live those happy moments again, do this for 20 days and see the difference in your life.

 

  1. Do the things you like: We all love our childhood because in our childhood we used to do those things which pleases us, which makes us happy, things we like to do, then what’s wrong today?, why are we not doing those things today?, aren’t we want happiness or there is any other thing that stop us to doing that, we need to ask ourselves this.

 List out at least 5 things in a month you want to do to be happy, things that will make you feel like boss of your life, things that pleases your soul. Just do it for your sake, don’t worry about the people, just do it.

After doing this for the next 20 days, you will see a difference in you mentality, you will feel much more lively, you will start to enjoy your life.

Some Keys to Self-motivation

I have defined motivation as the desire to achieve that which you believe to be worthwhile.  Everybody needed motivation of some kind to achieve the things they need in their life, to make their life better, to make their life worthy.

  • You need to ask yourself what do you want out of your life, what do you want out of your career, what do you want out of your job. Are you happy with what you are doing right now. Ask yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 where did you rate yourself, your mental attitude, your job, your career???

Does it worthy of your time???

          Ask yourself, and don’t just ask write it down because writing is a subjective process             that triggers your subconscious mind and let you act toward that thing.

  • Try to achieve self-mastery. Self -mastery is a process of working on yourself continuously. Never satisfied with yourself. Always put efforts on yourself and by putting continuous efforts on you, you can achieve a sense of self-mastery. You need to read books that inspires you, watch videos, listen to tapes, go to seminars and learn ways to improve yourself and to achieve self mastery.

  • You want to live life passionately and with energy. There are people with dull face and low energy which drains others energy too, just avoid them, just stay away from those persons. Try to be with those people who are passionate about their life, and the things they do.passion image

 

  • As you start doing the things you feel passion about, you start to feel more confident and motivated, you start to feel happy in your life. As you feel more confident and motivated you try to explore new heights in your life, you try to do new things, you want to work more, perform more and for that you need a good health. Develop a health plan, you see because without a proper health you cannot perform well and long. So be careful about the food you take, take deliberate efforts to exercise and stay healthy.

 

  • While performing or trying to achieve the life of your dream, always believe that this could happen to me. You need to put believe in your believe. For some it might take a little time but for others it may take long but don’t stop, keep trying, keep working hard, stick to it, keep stick to your believe that this could happen to you and miracle will happen for you.

  • Try to achieve inner happiness and peace in your life. In order to achieve inner happiness you need to be Grateful for the things you have in your life. Every morning after wake-up, write at least 10-15 things that you are grateful for and write it with true believe that you are actually grateful for those things in your life, keep doing this for 20 days and see the difference in your mood and attitude throughout the day, you will start appreciating things in your life and stop complaining.

 

  • You need to monitor your inner conversation in order to keep yourself motivated. You can do inner conversation with yourself at any topic and that conversation (whether positive or negative) effects you deeply. Try to talk positive, avoid negative thoughts, always motivate yourself to do anything. 85% of that inner conversation is negative, it always highlights your negative points to you, it always fear you with failure, it will always stop you to do anything. you need to take charge of that conversation and tell yourself that “I am going to do that anyhow”.
